Almina E. (Henning) Miller, went to her eternal rest, January 15, 2021 at the age of 85. She is no longer in pain or suffering. Although her life was not easy, she only ever found the good in everything and everyone. She truly had a heart of gold. Mom was a true lover of animals (especially her beloved cat Max) she loved butterflies, daisies and the color blue, reading novels and working crossword puzzles and she never hesitated to tell everyone how proud she was of her family. With her wisdom, she taught us to love and to strive for respect, compassion and kindness in all we do. Those whom she has sadly left behind on earth to miss her dearly include her children: Sharon (Mark) O’Malley, Cheryl (Jeff), Jacqueline and Teresa; her sister Doris (David) and brother Albert, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends. Those preceding her in death and welcoming her into heaven include her parents Alvin and Ethel, son Clyde, infant son Edwin, infant daughter Susan, infant daughter Barbara, sister Ruby (Jim) and son-in- law Art, two grandsons and 2 granddaughters. Due to Covid-19, a joyous celebration of Moms life will be held at a later date. At her wishes, in her memory, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society or plant a tree in her honor.
