Genevieve S. Ryan

Genevieve S. Ryan, 95, of Fond du Lac, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Crossroads Care Center. She was born on December 19, 1925, in Brandon, the daughter of Frank and Matilda Mulhollen. In 1944, she married John Ryan Sr, at St. Mary’s Church in Eden. He preceded her in death. Genevieve worked at Wells Manufacturing for 25 years, retiring at age 62. She was a union member at Wells. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and making loop rugs. She is survived by her sons: Daniel (Michele) Ryan of Fond du Lac and Richard (Sandy) Ryan of Eldorado; Kathy Blansette of North Fond du Lac (special friend of Timothy Ryan Sr.) her five grandchildren: Robert Ryan, Sherry (Andy Hass) Ryan, Christopher (Angela) Ryan, Tim Ryan Jr., and Angela (Jeff) Trepanier; four great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter; and her nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband John, two sons: John Ryan Jr. and Timothy Ryan Sr., her grandson Nicholas Ryan, her sister Eleanora Schultz and her brothers Elmer Mulhollen and Ray Mulhollen. According to Genevieve’s wishes, services will not be held. Cremation has taken place.
