Jeffrey R. Peterson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jeffrey R. Peterson, 58, of Fond du Lac, died on Monday, July 25, 2022. He was born in Fond du Lac, on November 5, 1963, the son of Russell R. and Audrey L. Giere Peterson. He was raised, along with his six siblings, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Jeff graduated from Goodrich High School, Class of 1983. He was considered “JOAT” because he was never content with just one thing. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, fishing and his black lab Thunder. Jeff worked at Dean’s Dodge, DJ’d with Scott Woodley on the weekends, and Engie’s Beer & Liquor. His most passionate position was when he worked for Wisconsin Distributors, where he met Tad and John, two people he considered close. Jeff adored his grandchildren more then life itself, especially when he took them for rides on his scooter. He is survived by his daughters: Patrice (Destin) Dreikosen, Patricia Peterson and Angel (DJ) Brown. He is further survived by his grandchildren: Genevieve, Staci, Gilbert and Lucas, his ex-wife Patti (1991-1998), his son-in-law Karl, his sisters: Tammy (Jim) Warner, Beth Muldoon, Linda (Dave) Sonnenfeld and Connie Fisher; his brother Gary Peterson, his friend Ken Abitz. A special thank you to his friends at Don’s Radiator Shop. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother David Peterson, brother-in-law Rick Muldoon, two grandsons, grandparents and other relatives and friends. SERVICE: A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Estabrooks Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life to be held at a later date, details to come.
