Linda L. Krauss

Linda “Ninny” L. Krauss, 72, of Fond du Lac passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020 at her residence. She was born on December 17, 1948, in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of Leo and Shirley Hanson Bartz. She graduated from L.P. Goodrich High School. On June 1, 1968, she married Ronald “Ron” L. Krauss at St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church, in Fond du Lac. Linda worked at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home for 30 years, from where she retired. She loved her job and the residents there. She was a life-time member of the ASPCA. She loved to go swimming at Taylor Park, hanging out with her girlfriends, gardening and her dog Sadie. She is survived by her husband, Ron Krauss of Fond du Lac, her children: Tammy Krauss, Kevin Krauss and Amy Casetta all of Fond du Lac, her grandson Jordan Krauss of Fond du Lac, her brother Michael (Vicki) Bartz of Dotyville, her nephews: Peter Bartz of Fond du Lac and Joe Bartz of Alaska, her brother-in-law Bob Krauss and sister-in-law Dorothy Krauss of Fond du Lac and many friends and her pool crew. She is preceded in death by her parents and her aunt and uncle Luella (Robert) Wiese. At Linda’s request, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to FDL Humane Society or Aurora Hospice.
