Margaret A. Luby, 87, of Fond du Lac, died on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at her residence. She was born on March 22, 1934, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Elmer and Grace Bartlett Schultz. She was a graduate of L.P. Goodrich High School, Class of 1952. On November 4, 1972, she married Donald J. Luby at First Presbyterian Church by Rev. Lloyd DeYoung. Margaret was a member of First Presbyterian Church, and belonged to the women’s golf league and enjoyed bowling. She stayed home to raise her family, and then went to work as an Administrative Secretary at Wells Manufacturing until her retirement. Margaret enjoyed volunteering in the Shampoo Room at St. Agnes Hospital for many years. Her hobbies and interests included golfing, going out for lunch with the ladies, crocheting and enjoyed being on her computer. She is survived by her husband Don Luby of Fond du Lac, her son Jack (Michelle) Kelly Jr. of Crystal Lake, IL, her grandchildren Sean and Laura Kelly, her step-daughter Anne Luby of Fond du Lac, step grandson Ryan Beau Luby, her niece & nephew Sally (Don) Delwood of MO and David (Jill) Sutherland of MA, and her beloved dog Chester. She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Kathryn Kelly, and her sister Dorothy Schultz Sutherland. VISITATION: The family will greet friends from 12:00 - 1:00 PM on Monday, February 14, 2022, at Kurki Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac. SERVICE: Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 14, 2022, at Kurki Funeral Chapel & Crematory. Entombment to follow at Garden Mausoleum in Rienzi Cemetery.
