Patricia A. LaPine Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Patricia A. LaPine, 93, of Fond du Lac, died on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Liberty House. She was born on August 20, 1928, in Manitowoc County, the daughter of John and Gladys Hoffman Savage. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Manitowoc, and of St. Agnes School of Nursing in Fond du Lac. On September 16, 1950, she married Benjamin H. LaPine, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Chilton. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2013. Patricia was an active member of Holy Family Parish, serving as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Agnes Hospital. She was employed as a visiting nurse and also worked at various nursing homes, helping with geriatric patients in Fond du Lac and the surrounding area. Patricia was a member of the Fond du Lac Eagles Auxiliary, where she served as president. She enjoyed volunteering, playing cards, going to the Fond du Lac Senior Center, and going to the cottage in Door County for over 60 years. She is survived by her daughters: Barbara Paulick of River Falls, WI and Sharon (Butch) Boodry of Tipler, WI; seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, her sister: Shirley Jobelius of Green Bay, her brother-in-law Stuart Blau of Fond du Lac, her nieces, nephews and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son-in-law Stephen Paulick, and one granddaughter. VISITATION: Family will greet friends on Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Kurki Funeral Chapel, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac, and from 9:30 – 11:00 AM on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Sacred Heart Church of Holy Family Parish, 200 South Peters Avenue, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Sacred Heart Church of Holy Family Parish. Cremation will follow the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
